We are proud to implement initiatives that transcend gender barriers in a traditionally male industry, and thus live in a culture that fosters diversity, equity and inclusion.

As part of our commitment, for 2022 we designed the Mobilizing Woman program in Colombia, aligned with UNICEF’s 2018-2021 action plan for gender equality. 

Within this program, we created ANIDAR, a project hand in hand with Ecopetrol and Artesanías de Colombia, that supports 68 women of the Sikuani ethnic group, present in our area of influence in Meta, to strengthen their crafts manufacturing technique and create promotion and marketing opportunities for their products, helping to improve their quality of life. 

Likewise, we are carrying out the ‘Crece con Frontera’ (Grow with Frontera) initiative, with SENA and CoreWoman, to train 60 women from Puerto Gaitán, Meta, as operation technicians to encourage female participation in positions traditionally held by men in the industry.
