When, where and at what time will the next annual shareholders’ meeting take place?
Frontera Energy is required to hold its annual shareholder’s meeting on a date that is not more than 15 months after the previous annual meeting. Although the Company usually schedules its shareholders’ meeting in May, the specific details of the next annual shareholders’ meeting will be announced in advance of the meeting and will be made available on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
